This has been a hell of a week for me. One that I wish to not remember. I had all kinds of stuff coming at me, but the weekend is finally here. I wanted to make sure that this post was to point: THE WORLD NEEDS TO TAKE A CHILL PILL! So, while I get ready to wash my clothes, clean up my crib, get a pedi and mani, read, and continue to study I will not let the world’s negative energy to creep up on me. It’s not worth it.
Sometimes, you have to shut off social media (which I have dedicated myself to taking a break on FACEBOOK every weekend) and all the other noise that is making you go crazy. No, I’m not a psychologist (but my homegirl is), and I do know that if you continue to keep doing the same thing over and over expecting the same results you have a mental problem: FACE IT | therapy is definitely in order.
What I feel is the best thing for you and me is to let go of what happened this past week; no explanations or over dramatized babblings about what occurred are needed. Let’s just marinate in the blessings bestowed upon our lives and keep it moving. The haters are going to hate, the bills have to be paid, and the dog has to be walked. You feel me. Yeah, you feel me.
Take a few minutes this weekend to create your own relax deck. If you don’t have a patio or a backyard this is the time to become creative and build something so fresh that I would want to fly out and come chill with you. Everything that I’m telling you… I’m doing it too. Let’s stay strong and open-minded in the neurotic society that we live in today.
